The Eye of Rre Muthwa

A tribute story to the late Credo Muthwa This virtual reality short film is an Afrofuturist exploration of African cyborg identities, inspired by the mythical beings in Credo Muthwa’s writing. In this film, the viewer is teleported into the centre of The All Seeing Eye, which sees through space and time, transporting Albert Ibokwe Khoza and Patricia Boyer through history to unravel a rebirth of sight.

is an actor, singer, dancer, choreographer and performance artist. who delivers a thought provoking performance that is unpredictable and spontaneously quirky.

Shmerah Paschier

 is a lecturer and filmmaker. Her work includes a documentary on Nelson Mandela & the End of Apartheid for the Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco. Shmerah has an MFA in filmmaking, an MA in Anthropology & she is currently reading for a PhD in Virtual Reality at Wits.
